We start with characterising the wastewater, then design pre-treatment, chemical and biological stages to meet the discharge standards. Where process water or reuse matters, we look at the whole water cycle of the site.
We size water supply and wastewater collection systems with hydraulic models and choose routes, materials and pumping stations with operating costs in mind.
We design transfer stations, sanitary landfills and the rehabilitation of old dumpsites, based on waste quantities and collection logistics.
We prepare the technical and economic analyses behind an investment decision: comparison of alternatives, cost estimates, creditworthiness analysis and the environmental management plans lenders require.
To make sure a design is built as intended, we prepare specifications, quantity take-offs and tender documents, and take on site supervision and site management during construction.
We support every stage of construction so the detailed design is built as intended: inspection of works, scheduling, progress payments and quantity support, and resolving design changes on site. Where required, we also deliver design, construction, equipment supply and commissioning under a single contract as a turnkey wastewater treatment plant.
From inlet screens to sludge dewatering, we select treatment equipment to suit the process, coordinate supply and installation, commission the plant and hand it over to the operating staff.
